Delivery & handling

Returning and exchanging products
All sales are final.  We do not reacquire, or resell any product that has been in the prior possession of any other party, including individuals, retailers, wholesalers, or distributors. This establishes our commitment to protecting the health of the individual end user. These policies ensure that the highest product quality and safety is maintained. Preventing product tampering is a priority in eliminating high liability costs. 

Who pays for the return charges?
No return charges will be applicable if we are at fault for the return. For example, the wrong item(s) were sent (we will verify this by checking your original order) or if the items arrived broken or damaged.
